Upon the release of financing under review by Petro Bank, Indústria Brasileira Papel e Celulose S.A. will expand and become principally engaged in the manufacturing of pulp, paper, board and other cellulose-based products.
The Company will be structured in three business segment:
•• Forestry Segment - which will include planting and growing pine and eucalyptus trees to supply of the Company's paper plants and sell timber (logs) to third parties in the domestic and international markets;
•• Paper Segment - which will include the production and sale of cardboard, Kraftliner and recycled paper rolls in the domestic and foreign markets and;
•• Conversion Segment - which will include the production and sale of corrugated cardboard boxes and boards, and industrial bags in the domestic and foreign markets.
